New special education teachers are heading back to their classrooms equipped with the tools and knowledge to navigate IEP processes effectively and advocate for student success. GLRS designed the program to help teachers master the art and science of creating IEPs that follow legal requirements and utilize multiple data sources.

Through hands-on exercises and discussion, new educators collaborated to tackle the IEP writing process from start to finish. They learned how to use complex data to write meaningful goals and work as a team so every child receives the support they need.
