The mission of the Department of Business and Finance is to accurately report the financial position and business and human resource activities of the Pioneer Regional Educational Service Agency. Within the scope of this mission, our responsibility is to be service-oriented to all schools and departments and to utilize and maximize the fiscal assets of the RESA. This responsibility requires that all activity adhere to board policies and procedures while still adhering to generally accepted accounting principles and rules established by the RESA Board of Education and state and federal governing bodies.
The purpose of the Human Resource Team is to make sure that all human resource functions are performed in a timely manner for Pioneer RESA employees.
The Human Resource Team will:
1) Provide support and communication related to employment, benefits and compensation;
2) Will make sure that Pioneer RESA follows employment law and compliance regulations;
3) Ensure that all personnel matters are handled in a confidential manner.
