The Annual Fall Edition of the Pioneer RESA Superintendents' Salary Study began in 2004. Salary data is delivered to systems both digitally and in notebook form. There are more than 480 different opportunities to track data through hourly, daily, or monthly salary calculations. Additionally, multiple charts track local and annual supplements.
What makes each Superintendent Salary Study so unusual is the ability it gives its user to manipulate the longitudinal data. The user can track individual salaries over time. They can compare their salaries with systems that have similar millage rates, or the amount raised per mill, property wealth, per capita or the size of their staff. School systems no longer have to make financial decisions in a vacuum.
Each notebook also contains copies of all system salary schedules and Georgia Labor Department wage data. Lastly, systems have as an easy reference guide, their seven-page economic area profile as produced by the Georgia Labor Department.
