Grant writing support, grant evaluation, and program evaluation are services Pioneer RESA offers through the Evaluation and Assessment Department. Assistance with grant writing begins with an analysis of need based on school and/or system quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative and qualitative identified needs drive the focus of each plan and target each grant proposal’s goals and objectives. Grant evaluation involves all aspects of evaluation including program observation, data analysis, acknowledgement of outstanding program components and/or implementation, and recommendations for improvement. Program evaluation involves development of qualitative data collection instruments, implementation of the instruments, analysis of the qualitative data, analysis of quantitative data, recognition of outstanding components, and recommendations for improvement. The Pioneer RESA evaluation service is supported with qualitative and quantitative data and can also be used for program analysis by school systems.
The Pioneer RESA Evaluation and Assessment Department is responsible for securely collecting and maintaining state-mandated, standardized test data. The archived data provides a variety of informational data for analysis in order to drive school improvement and increase student academic achievement.
