Data Services

We are more involved than ever in providing data to school leaders so improvement plans are focused on gaps in student achievement and a continuous improvement process that addresses any gaps that may be found when examining the data for that system or school.

We have provided hundreds of reports that are specific to the system, school, grade, and domain with data from the CRCT, EOCT, or GHSGT.

 System reports provide to the Superintendents and the Curriculum Directors with:
     Comparisons with other schools in the Pioneer RESA area
     Similar schools from across the state
     Comparisons with the state averages

 School specific reports provide principals and teachers analysis by:
     Grade Level
     Content Level
     Sub-groups that include ethnicity, gender, exceptionality, socioeconomic status

We also are providing professional learning on how classroom teachers can re-roster students so that current teachers of individual students have access to the student's test data from the previous year. This data is then used to assist the teacher in organizing student groups for maximum instruction or to develop differentiated instructional activities that address the specific needs of the students.

Classroom Performance System (CPS) - Data Collection

Classroom Performance System (CPS) - interactive response system that allows you to poll a group and review the results in real-time. Available for member systems and schools.

	Immediate Feedback - very useful for retreats, student and/or faculty meetings
	People enjoy the interactive nature of the Classroom Performance System (CPS) system & it can help keep the audience involved in discussions
	Data collected with Classroom Performance System (CPS) can be used for decision-making & reporting results

Online Surveys - Data Collection

Online Surveys - web-based survey system available for member systems and schools. Allows you to spend time evaluating the survey results instead of entering & tallying response data.
