The endorsement program includes two courses that will have class meetings, online activities, and field-based activities.

 

Goals of the Program
• Explore the roles and responsibilities of a coach
• Gain experience in performing coaching roles
• Develop an understanding of the coaching process
• Become conversant with culture and how cultural diversity affects the coaching process
• Refine approaches to coaching skills
• Understand and apply differentiated coaching strategies
• Develop skills in assisting coaches to self-assess and determine opportunities for growth

 

To be admitted to this endorsement program, you must complete an endorsement application which includes system level recommendation.
